ARNOLD BRANCH
It is now almost 12 months since we made the decision to expand Robert Ellis and open a new branch in Arnold. Several visits to the town identified the opportunity to open a new estate agency branch in the area which also includes Mapperley, Woodthorpe, Carlton, Bestwood, Top Valley, Daybrook and Sherwood and links with our West Nottingham branches covering all areas along the ring road and out to the towns and villages around Hucknall, Calverton and Southwell.
After identifying a prime location in Arnold town centre, we refurbished the branch and opened the doors during October 2021. With the team being headed by our Partner, Neill Millward and including Lauren, Courtney, Natalie, Hollie, Megan, Martin nd Gill, we have so far placed almost 100 properties on the market and are achieving sales numbers which rival those of our more established competitors in the area.
