NEW LOOK BRANCHES
We moved into our Long Eaton sales office in January 2012 and we decided it was time to have a face lift – both internally and externally to help strengthen our position in Long Eaton. While we continued to sell properties through this very busy time, we decided to upgrade our premises by removing certain property displays, replacing the Robert Ellis wording on the main internal wall, re-carpeted the ground floor and brought in new furniture and on the outside erected scaffolding to be able to decorate the exterior of the branch and fit a new sign with improved LED lighting.
We are still carrying out some further tweeks to our main window displays which should help us stay in front of peoples minds who are thinking of selling a property. The refurbishment of 5 Derby Road will be followed by alterations to the signage and window displays at 11 Derby Road, Long Eaton where we run the rental business from and 50-52 Market Place where are mortgage broking business is based.
We are really pleased with how our main sales branch in Long Eaton has turned out and would welcome any new, present or past customers to drop by and have a look.
