Charity Football Match

With winter fast approaching and the nights drawing in, the Summer seems a long time ago!! But back in August, we staged a ‘staff versus Directors’ Charity football match to raise funds for the mental health charity ‘MIND’.

As one of the many fundraisers we organised through the year, ‘Trent vale recreation ground’ in Beeston was transformed into a mini Wembley for the day and the ‘seven a side ‘ match kicked off in front of a great crowd of staff, friends, families and locals.

Tea, coffee, cakes and refreshments were provided and the huge raffle (with prizes donated by Robert Ellis and a host of local businesses) was a great success! It was a lovely family day out enjoyed by everyone, the support was overwhelming, so much so, we’ve decided this will become one of our annual events…so keep an eye out for next years date!

We managed to raise over a £1000.00 so a big thank you to everyone involved!!
