Here at Robert Ellis, we are always keen to ensure we can offer the full service when it comes to property sales, so we are thrilled with the early results achieved following our new partnership with SDL – a national auctioneer offering a personal service to your property sale, they are able to provide both timed auctions and traditional auctions.

Now providing the auction route to our customer means we can offer all our motivated vendors, an even more secure route to achieving completion. When partnering with an auction company it was important to Robert Ellis that we chose a reputable local auctioneer and we think we have achieve this by partnering with SDL. Based in Chilwell, SDL is ideal because both Robert Ellis and our customers can pop over any time, with questions or even just to watch on auction day.

The benefits of choosing the auction route via Robert Ellis is that you have the advantage of our branding, marketing, and contacts with the support of the SDL auction process. With a successful auction the buyer will have to exchange contracts on the day of the auction if they are the highest bidder and have met the prior agreed reserve price.
