More Awards For Robert Ellis Sales And Lettings

Following a comprehensive assessment of 15,000 agencies to identify the best in the country, Robert Ellis is amongst a very elite group to have made the grade and earn a listing in the “Best Estate Agent Guide 2023.”  The guide is an individual reference source for landlords and sellers and Robert Ellis have been awarded both a ‘Gold Award for Sales’ AND a ‘Gold Award for Lettings’.

Every single Estate and Letting agency in the country is included in the assessment, this mammoth examination is carried out annually by ‘Twenty EA’, ( the largest home-mover database provider in the UK) who undertake comprehensive marketing assessments, consider new sales and lettings instructions, price reductions, sales and lets agreed and sales exchanges etc.  A further ‘mystery shop’ is also carried out to confirm Agency service levels. Only the top 5% of estate agents receive a Gold Award.  Robert Ellis were delighted to receive a Gold Award for both Sales and Lettings and can now claim to be in the top 2% of agents in the country.

This award follows earlier recognition from ‘The British Property Awards 2023’ where Robert Ellis Lettings also received a second ‘Gold Award’ following a similar success last year!
