Well, we have seen the first quarter of 2019 come to an end and we are pleased to say Robert Ellis have seen a strong performance in terms of new properties placed on the market and property sales agreed.
With the uncertainty around Brexit it is true to say there seems to have been a bit of a ‘stop start’ feeling throughout our sales branches – with manic weeks of phones ringing and offers being made to a few quiet days, followed by a further busy spell and so it goes on. We are sure that with the clocks changing at the end of March, which will mean longer days and better weather, this will have a very positive impact on the way people feel about either buying their first property or moving to a larger or new home.
