Joe is smart, professional and personable, a great communicator who spends his working day showing prospective tenants around a huge range of available properties. He’ll then assist with the negotiations to ensure the right applicant gets their chosen property. Providing landlord feedback is another vital role that Joe carries out, advising on price and suggesting improvements to clients where necessary.
